Changzhou Toolmed Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (TOOLMED), founded in 2013, is a professional manufacturer specializing in orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and integrated orthopedic solutions for both human and veterinary healthcare.

TOOLMED operates a self-owned manufacturing base covering more than 10, 000 m², supported by a professional team of over 100 employees and more than 60 advanced CNC machines, including CITIZEN and HAAS equipment. Our integrated manufacturing capabilities cover raw material inspection, product design and engineering, precision CNC machining, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, anodizing and surface treatment, quality inspection, laser marking, cleanroom packaging, and global delivery.

Quality and traceability are key priorities throughout our production process. TOOLMED operates under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems and maintains relevant CE, GMP, certification and technical documentation to support customer audits, product registration and market access. Our in-house laboratory and multi-stage inspection system help ensure consistent product quality, dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance and batch traceability.

Our product portfolio covers a wide range of orthopedic solutions, including trauma plates and screws, intramedullary nail systems, spinal fixation systems, maxillofacial systems, external fixation, arthroscopy and sports medicine products, hip and knee prostheses, medical power tools, sterilization containers, orthopedic surgical instruments and kyphoplasty systems.

TOOLMED also provides comprehensive veterinary orthopedic solutions for dogs, cats and other companion animals, including trauma fixation, TPLO, ALPS, TTA, DPO, spinal systems, joint systems, external fixation, lateral stabilization, orthopedic instruments and power tools.

With strong in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, we provide flexible OEM/ODM services, including product design, prototyping, size and structure customization, surface treatment, color customization, laser marking, private labeling, packaging and mass production.
