2. Locking Screw Insertion
Drilling: Use a locking drill guide to ensure correct trajectory.
Depth Measurement: Ensure screws are of appropriate length (avoid protruding).
Screw Placement: Insert locking screws through the plate into bone for angular stability.

3. Final Assessment
Stability Check: Confirm rigid fixation under fluoroscopy.
Range of Motion (ROM): Assess joint mobility (if near a joint).
Closure: Irrigate wound and close in layers.
